Cancellation Policy: Robert Douglas Hair Workshop understands that sometimes schedules change which can make it difficult to make your appointment and therefore we oblige at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Consequently, if this rule is not followed the following client in question will be charged for 50% of the missed appointment and will not be able to rebook until that is compensated. If this is a reoccurring event the client may be asked to pay a deposit for their next appointment. We thank you all for your cooperation.
